I Minnesota Timberwolves sarebbero interessati ad acquisire Miles Plumlee dai Milwaukee Bucks, secondo quanto ha riportato Chris Bussard di ESPN.
Siamo ormai a pochi giorni dalla famigerata deadline e vari rumors si fanno sempre più intensi. Certamente gli occhi di tutti sono concentrati sulle voci che riguardano i Cleveland Cavaliers, i Miami Heat e i New York Knicks, che hanno a che fare con possibilità di scambi di decisa importanza. Tuttavia anche trade che appaiono minori possono lasciare il segno in alcune squadre.
Una di queste è proprio la trade che includerebbe i Timberwolves e i Bucks per Plumlee.

Probabilmente la scambio riguarda qualcosa di ben più ampio rispetto al solo Plumlee, potrebbe infatti sbloccare la situazione di Ricky Rubio che potrebbe essere coinvolto. Mentre i Bucks sarebbero interessati a scambiare Michael Carter-Williams insieme a Plumlee, anche se il play non è tra i primi interessi dei Timberwolves.
Il lungo di 2,13m è approdato a Milwaukee lo scorso anno sempre in occasione della trade deadline, e scambiarlo ora dopo un solo anno non ha molto senso se fa ancora parte del progetto dei Bucks. Se invece, come pare più ovvio, la franchigia del Wisconsis vuole cambiare marcia, apportando quindi modifiche al roster per provare a raggiungere i playoff, trovare il modo di includere Plumlee in una trade ha senso, soprattutto se ciò porta ventate d’aria fresca nelle squadra di Jason Kidd.
